Meet our founder

Hi! I'm Henry Field, and I've been in Recruitment and HR for over 10 years. I've also got a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales.

Having supported charities, care companies and education providers throughout hi career, I've seen the cost savings to be made with the right approach to HR, recruitment and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. A happy, well led, well supported team will deliver great results.

The landscape for charities and SME's right now is difficult, with less funding, higher taxes and higher needs of services. If I can use my experience of HR, Recruitment and E,D&I to help these companies thrive, I'll have a very happy career.
