Agency Model
Retained

With our retained recruitment model, we'll advertise your role on our own platforms, and manage the entire recruitment process for you, including the shortlisting and management of your direct applications.​

The fee will be paid in three parts:​

when the role is taken on

When the successful candidate is offered the role

After your successful candidate has been in role 3 months
Contingent
The contingent recruitment offering is the more traditional approach to agency recruitment. This means you only pay a fee when the suitable candidate is placed.

Contingent fee:
The invoice becomes payable on the candidates first day of employment, with a sliding rebate period spread over three months.
